Source control in DevOps

The very first term in the DevOps overview is- source control. One can watch our 1- minute short and crispy video on source control. You must have heard Git, GitHub, or DFS. Git is used most commonly control. The source control is a centralized server or repository to track and manage changes to code across multiple developers. Source control is crucial in DevOps processes. It tracks and manages to make one unified repository. The repository will further be deployed to the server.

Multiple features are aligned parallel. Source control will merge them into one brand. Source control tracks and manage the history of the code changes. This helps in retrieving the original code. One can also get back the changes as well.
I’ve explained different terminologies like CI, CD, agent, agent pool, etc. Do check them out.
